Positive experience ordering parts from Coleman Co....

Maybe people already know this....

Coleman still has many parts available for older lantern, stoves and other products. On Sunday I thought what the heck and ordered some stove and lantern parts from them. They arrived at my house in So Cal this morning. They were packed very securely. No fuss, no muss! :)

A while back I called Bob (as I recall) at OldColemanParts.com and ordered some mantles. He's in Oregon (again as I recall). He personally delivered my order to my home in Simi Valley, Ca. (gotta be 900 miles or so) for free!!!!!! He happened to come down to visit family nearby, ha!

Glad to hear the factory provides excellent service also.

Cheers,

Gus

Last spring I ordered some parts from Coleman. They arrived promptly, but one item was incorrect. Called customer service ,had a nice visit with rep. while she sorted out the snafu and sent the correct item via priority mail. When I asked if I should return the incorrect item she replied, " No, if you have no need of it you could probably sell in on E-bay. Will

Good to hear!

My recent experience with a Coleman factory parts order was great, too. I ordered some mantles and an odd generator. The box arrived within three days (or less). I was quite surprised, and happy w/ my purchase.

Now I need to get some #99 mantles; Shaun says I should hang some on a couple of my single-mantle lanterns. I dunno; they're pretty bright already!

I really think you'll like it Chris. They go from bright to "whoa, where's my welding hood?" 8)

I've also had good luck when ordering from Coleman in the past.

Bob sold his business and a guy named "Cigar Mike" owns it now. I've ordered some stuff and got it prettty quick myslef. No complaints. He's upgrading his site and adding new items/pictures to the online store. He's actually cut some of his prices.
