Great forum you people are a wealth of information. I am building a TTT (5'4"x10) I have the frame done and have started on the walls. It will have a toilet inside and an outside shower. My question is what do I need to make this wife friendly when she is used to our large camper? We have a screen room and I do all the cooking when camping. I know you can help me make this a camper for us, thanks. Jeff

As far as making "this" wife friendly, isn't it going to be enough that you will be there? :lol:

Or if she is like my last wife you could put in a wine tank, with a tap in the galley :twisted:

She's great but I want it to be fun for her. I do have another reason to have her enjoy this, I would like to sell our 1 ton and the big camper (8 mpg sucks). I will get photo of the project this weekend because I know people love photos.

How is this project going? I am interested for selfish reasons as you are building a TTT with a toilet like I am.

It's going well today is running the elec. 5 int. 2 ext 12v lights, a vent with fan and a 12v outlet then the 120v 4 outlets 1 for the charger, 1 for the A/C and 2 for misc. I droped a 3'X5' part of the floor 10" for the portapotty, closet and dresser. This will give me 4'7" sitting in a chair my 6'3" son is 4'5" tall so I think it will work. When I get alittle further I add photos. Jeff

My wife made a comment to her daughter last week, she said after all these years she has found something that she really enjoys , going to the teardrop gatherings in our teardrop and when the weather is bad we can go camping in the canned ham. so hang in there take her to a gathering you may be suprised or she may be :lol:

Jen is excited about the TTT she got on the lady's site and got some great ideas Thanks ladies. I don't think she's ready to sell the big camper yet but we'll see.

Hello Jeff. Make a day trip and come on over to Minden (Pioneer Village) June 18th (sat.) and say hi to everyone and see just how friendly we are. The ITG is being held June 16th thru 19th. It happens every other year. You'll see teardrops and Tiny Travel Trailers from both the West & East Coast and all points between. :thumbsup:
