I've noticed that you have been feeling this "tired and crappy" way alot lately :(

Are you OK? Have you seen a doc?

I'm concerned. I sure hope that you start feeling better soon :)

I have not truely slept well in a few years now and yes I have been to several doctors about it. Also, work is a lot of manual labor and having been off all winter, it gets to me sometimes this time of year. Just need to get back into better physical shape (mental to I guess) and things will be much better. It is a long way off yet, but things will change drastically for my wife by the end of the year and that will help a lot too! Mean time I will just feel crappy and tired on a regular basis!!

You need to join Lisa's gym...

as opposed to her Jim..

I don't have a Jim....well, we do have one at work....but he is not mine, nor would I suggest you join him....unless you like that sorta thing.

A bit of your work seems to be using muscles... that biking does not hit.. a little bit of off [work] season weight training would do wonders...

but yes.. ride, ride, ride.. 8)
