That's what I need. But at $9000, I think I'll just have to pass.

What was wrong with the link posted? And I do believe it's to small for a motorcycle.

Looks comfortable!
For a small trailer.

 Not exactly an American "full" bed huh. Just change out the axle and tow it with what ever you like...now where is my money tree?

As my granddaughter would say," What A heck"? I think by "full bed" they mean the WHOLE bed is there and complete? How far could you get at 5 miles per hour? The neighbors house for a sleepover?
It's cute though (it should be called The Turtle)! Just enough room for one inside their shell. Might get a pot of tea spilled on your head if you turn over while sleeping!
Seriously though, where could you go with it at 5 mph?

I'd hook it up to my Mobility Scooter and tour the Campground. Do you think I would get a few looks? I will have to watch my speed. My scooter will do 7mph.

 Gage! (7 miles per hour)
Yeah, but why would you have to take a bed through the campground? OHHHHH You dont have to answer that, I might have just figured it out! ;)

Caravanning

Postby Engineer Guy » Thu Apr 21, 2011 9:57 am

Well, to be fair, in the OP's Link, they do state conditions of intended use. The pic says it all...

ETA.co.uk

I like the Marketing angle that this rig is also handy for staying in around the pending Royal Wedding. Gotta love the Air Horn and Gaming Console!

Optional extras include: Solar roof panels, air horn and extra-wide wing mirror for mobility scooter, satellite dish, gaming console, central heating, external luggage rack, bespoke paint

Designed to be towed by a mobility scooter, the battery powered caravan features a full-sized bed, 19 inch television, a drinks cabinet and boasts tea-making facilities.

The tiny caravan, measures 2m [79"] by 75cm [29.5"] and retails at a price of £5,500 [~$9,185-]. It is so compact it can be towed inside a supermarket at a top speed of 5mph.

Developed by Environmental Transport Agency (ETA), the caravan is designed to highlight the estimated 220,000 people who use a mobility scooter without breakdown cover and face the prospect of a long wait should they suffer a mechanical fault or their battery runs flat.

The ETA called it the QTvan, because it caters to three very British obsessions: queuing, tea and caravans.

But the caravan is best-suited to local trips. A trip from London to a popular caravanning destination the New Forest would take two days, while a journey to Whitby would take a week.
