Well I finally spar urethaned the interior and got kinda sick in the process. I used a el cheapo respirator and if I ever do this again it will have the finish done FIRST!!!
I've been on a scavenger hunt today trying to get all my electrical stuff together. I'm goin kinda heavy on the wiring and kinda light on the fuses. Being the rookie that I am I'm trying not to burn my camper up.
I'm gonna try to get as much done as I can this week since I'm on vacation.

I didn't make a drawing but I pretty well know how I'll do it. I've been on the electrical thread alot and got some ideas. My electrical will be very simple, 2 cabin lights and 12v plug in and 1 galley light and 12v plug in. I'm goin with a simple ac circuit with a in line gfci that will be in the lower galley cabinet with a run leading to the upper galley face frame and a run leading to the cabin. My dc fuse block with ground buss I'll install in the front cabin cabinet. I'm thinking I'll use 4 dc circuits but I could easily just use 3 circuits because of the heavier wiring.

Well I managed to get alittle done today. I finally trimmed my aluminum skin. I started out using air shears but I found out the jig saw does a way better job. I also skinned the hatch lid. Tomorrow I'm gonna CPES the edges and the outside of the tear. Hopefully I won't get sick from the smell. I'll have it outside where I can get plenty of fresh air!

It's looking really good already! I like the picture where you were able to get in both the head and foot cabinets. Very, very clever. ...Lovely looking interior.

PS. If you are using CPES outside, you should probably be okay.

Even though I'll have it outside I'm still gonna use that el cheapo respirator. Maybe I should break down and buy a good one.

I was going to use outdoor carpet adhesive along with the trim to hold it but I'm not so sure now. I may free float it. I'm just gonna have to do more research on it.

Larry did you "pre-trace" the aluminum or how did you transfer the profile to the aluminum for cutting?

I am planning on floating my aluminum.

I pre traced each side before I attached it to the floor. I could've used my pattern but I wanted to trace out the opening for the door and window too.
