I felt like I did not have enough photos with toilets in them today.

Wow! This build is really coming along. Our next trailer will be a standie that'll fit in the garaje. I'll be watching this one close!

I had my first sit on the throne. I put up some plywood walls to check out how it would work. It is not roomy by any stretch of the imagination however it was big enough for me a 6'-1" guy. I had an inch or two from my knees to the wall infront of me and I had enough elbow room from side to side to take care of business. It seemed like the shower will work out OK too.

I am starting to prepare for the walls to go up. I am lapping the corner "posts" into my deck framing.

I built up the front of the trailer box that extends over the A frame and bolted it to the a frame cross member. It is all very solid up fron as a result.

This morning I screwed and glued the 3/8" plywood to the frame. I was thinking I was going to have to do more to it as it did not seem as it would be rigid enough, but after gluing it all down it really tightened up. There is not much deflection in the floor now. It is very light weight.

There have been some concerns over if the shower pan drop down would scrape the road on a big divot. I picked the tongue up till the rear end of the trailer touched the floor and the pan was still 5 inches from contact. Still enough room to add plumbing.

OK so there is deflection in the thin plywood floor after all. So I guess I should have gone with at least 1/2" OK so I have some more thin plywood I can overlay in the small areas that are walking areas. Probably still not a bad idea to have gone with 3/8" as I do not need to add very much more weight to make it OK.

My new updated trailer plan. I relocated the cube fridge to the kitchen proper. Before I was planning it to go under the dinette seating but that was not realistic for height.

And a new elevation showing the shower sink side. Notice over the shower there is a rectangle in the fabric area of the pop up. I am going to work the air conditioner through the fabric with some sort of gather opening in the fabric.

I have seen openings for AC's on motorcycle camping trailers through the fabric looked like a stuff sack pull-cord around AC
they even had a small canopy to keep sun off the Ac and the rain out.

Cool because that is exactly what I was planning with the pull cord. I had not thought about covering the top of the AC unit. That is food for thought.
