No an automotive type bra :D Vinyl with a filler much like a bed comforter. A few snaps and it would lift off a few snaps and its back on !

Ooooooo, I like the snaps idea!!

I'm looking for thrifty stuff. Them bras almost cost as much as mine.. er, nvm!

I could install snaps and straps around the foam after I cover it with

http://preview.tinyurl.com/3cx6bga or http://preview.tinyurl.com/3cm2gpa or http://preview.tinyurl.com/3nf7ron

Hrm.. I could even put the theme name in the center "Habanero Escape" somehow.

You guys have been busy today. It took me quite a while to catch up on all the reading. I never thought I'd have to do catchup in this thread...

But here is the catchup!

Catchup…

Worrying about tree branches going thru your roof? Don’t, it’s better than a tent, or put some steel on the roof. Damaged foam can be easily fixed.

Is there an alternative to wooden spars? How about a foam arch. They could double as shelves, but the ones on the ceiling could be a head banger!

Foam is not ideal for the floor.

How to side mount a wall to a plywood floor. http://tnttt.com/viewto ... 674#825674

Thread is moving fast today, hard to keep up!

Blue foam should be here on Thursday.

Allow 24 hours for tightbond 2 to cure prior to standing on it!

Foamies can be half the weight, wonder if they can be towed with a Hybrid?

T2 is water resistant but T3 is water proof. But if properly covered with varnish and paint, or equivalent, it works well. This is old school technology. I guess we are all old!

Does the discussion of foam warrant it’s own section?

Padded bras, oh nvm!

FWIW, I've got that little HF solar panel setup (45 watts , 3 panels , controller and lights @ $150 USD , on sale ) which has a snap together frame... I just keep mine in the box and set it up whenever I need it ... Takes about 5 minutes... The box rides in the back of the pickup TV... Good for multiple trailers , like we have ... Battery has it's own plastic box too which accompanies the panels ... Easy to deal with ...

Mike , this is your Forum , you decide !!! :D
And just as a reality check , this forum costs bucks to run , so if you want more space , somebody's gotta' cough up :0 .... A donation in Mike's tip jar wouldn't hurt ... If each of us threw in a few coins , I'm sure that would really help provide more space for Foamies... JMHO... 8)

i vote for its own section. mainly because this thread has way too many posts to go back and try to gather the info you want or need. plus with its own sticky's, some of the same questions might not have to be answered over and over again. not that it has, just saying. there is just so much here that if we divided it up into its own particular subjects ie: glue, types of foam, what tests have been done, how to attach, what materials to cover with etc.
..i think we need to keep this thread though. but put things in a proper sub-topic.
i'd volunteer to set it up and put posts into proper area's, if you need someone.

i have been wanting to donate, just waiting for payday. not sure how much i can come up with though, but i know every bit helps. i have my own forum that i pay for, so i know what its like.

I like to use goats with their little hooves sunk in 3 inches of concrete.

Bad joke, but I'm not apologizing.
I make stuff, and it's all designed on Post-Its... the small ones.
