They must offer it if they specify "square edge" right on the sheet

(of course I know of a couple places that offer Medium and Large drinks too. I have to make a big deal out of it. "How can you have a medium if there isn't anything smaller??? Most the "kids" just look at me all dazed and confused)

If all the edges were rounded, it wouldn't meet up correctly with adjoining pieces.

Looks good GPW!!

that just made me laugh out loud! while this stuff is easy to work with, it can be a pita! the foam dust is horrible also and it gets all over you and you clothes. but it is looking great. love the round edge look. i never gave that a thought.

i finally broke out the jig saw and cut my shape out. the funny part is that the section that will attach to the floor is shorter than the 8'. but from nose to tail it is almost 10'. strange, i did not think i was going shorter at all. i am going to have to make sure i make up with the differnce in width.

Thanks Mike , it's moving along now .... finally
Eagle , after a half hour with the belt sander , the rough shaping is Done .... and I'm literally covered with foam dust ... I'll go back in the morning and fine tune all the rounded edges with a sanding block .... then use a palm sander to break the gloss on all the skin ... Tired , hot now ....gotta' stop for a rest ... :R
So you have a shorter but wider ... That sounds OK !!!

Whoa!!! I went to the usual place and looked and looked ... :o Went back and looked again ... But this new place is Nice !!! :D Thanks Mike !!! I hope it proves to be beneficial ...

Couldn't help myself , I was already Filthy , so I took a short break , then went out and sanded the entire trailer with 60 grit on a palm sander ... looking much better now .... 8)

I do have a small gap in the roof (?) ...will get some spray foam tomorrow and take care of that... fill in a few divots too... got some lightweight vinyl spackle for that ...
Only used a half bottle of gorilla glue ... plenty more for finishing the details ... I'll get some more pics in the morning ...

Thanks again Mike !!!! 8)

can you take some close up pictures of your spray foam repair? also pictures of your vinyl spackling... I'd like to see how that works...

Mike...

P.S. Glad you like the new section. Feel free to decorate it any way you like. Same with the rest of you guys and gals!

Eagle's got my vote !!! But she's gotta' make cupcakes for everybody ...

Mike, I will show those fixes in detail ... no problem ... The plan is to run some more package sealing tape along the seam inside , and just squirt the spray foam in from the top (the tape keeps it from dripping inside , making yet another mess to clean up :o .... besides the foam dust in the yard .... that the wife already commented on  ) ...... I've learned to let it harden to a point when it's still easy (er) to remove... The spackle just gets troweled on with a putty knife ... like filling wood ..real easy to sand flush once dried well ...

Auntie M , It is small huh??? Without the rounded edges , it just looked like a box .... now it looks like a box with rounded edges ...

I think it's all in how it's decorated (like a cup cake )... Have to come up with something Fun to paint on it ...
