The ZZB is coming together well. The color looks great! I like how you built your TD/TTT "inside out". (I'm now wrestling to complete the interior after the exterior is done.)

One of the reasons I did inside out is that a lot of the paint/stain caulks don't like temperature bellow 40F.

Working inside with carboard covers on the door/window opening and using a small space heater was plenty comfy on the other hand :)

Hey tcolar

I just found your build thread tonight and read it. Good looking trailer you have there. keep it up and soon you will be camping in style. And you can wow them at the campgrounds.

3/17/11 : Applied layer 2 of colorcoat.

I'm a bit disappointed with my colorcoat painting, some of the one I put last night, "streaked" down and I was not able to recover ... you can't really tell from 6 feet away but from up close it's not great ... ho well.

Took advantage of some sun to put the second coat outside, of course it start drizzling soon after ... WA state :)

3/20/11 : Installed the roof Vent

Using butyl tape as well.
Then sealed with caulk.

Yes, it does fit through the garage door, but it's a VERY tight fit (<1'' clearance) so i'll roll it in and out by hand, slow & easy !

Congrats on the completion!

It looks great.

I hope it meets all of your expectations. I see your
kids are already making memories. You'll be
giving them each a gift for a lifetime as you all experience
camping together as a family.
