Prayers for Auntie M and the people of Joplin!

General Discussion about almost anything Teardrop or camping related

I just saw the news. The pictures are dreadful.

Auntie M and family may not be out of danger yet. This morning, Joplin is fighting fires and worried about explosions from gas leaks. Part of the "hospital" has been set up on a road and they are warning everyone not to light a match or lighter. Please say your prayers for them and all the others hit by these tornadoes.

Our first prayers for Auntie M. have been answered :worship:
Man it would be helpful if they have their teardrop to stay in.
News is saying saying 75% of Joplin was hit the Population is 50,000
thats alot of shelter to provide.
We need more Prayer and Hope for these Folks

Glad to hear they are safe. If I were closer, or even had more info, I'd volunteer for sawing and brush piling.

Keep your spirits up, Auntie M! It will get better.

I hope that all those affected find a way to restore their lives to "normal" as soon as possible. What a horrible situation.
Still graced with two eyes and ten fingers (due in no small part to luck!).

Just when you think a problem is solved, an uglier result replaces it.

I am new to the forum and Teardrops, but felt the need to post here..

I am glad that Miriam is OK, I do not know her, but am thankful that a member of this great community came out relatively unscathed..

If my teardrop were finished, I'd haul it down there for them...

Anyone semi-local have something that they could use?

Just read this and saw the pictures this morning. What a shock at the damage and concern for Miriam and all effected. My heart and prayers go out to all.

This is really horrible. To Miriam and her family and all those that are suffering I wish you continued safety as this plays out. If there is anything that we as a community can do please ask. You are all in my prayers.

I am so relieved that Miriam and Mike are O.K. I hope we can come up with some way to help them, as their "TD FAMILY". As someone else said, my prayers were answered when I heard they were alive. Now I pray that they get the help they need to overcome this shock and loss. Miriam and Mike, when you read this, know I am thinking of you and hurt for all your loss.
