My daughter lives in Little Rock, and the news reported that the Storm Chasers from Discovery Channel are in Conway.

They were in Blytheville AR tonight, about 15 miles from where I work (2nd shift) and all we got was a little rain. They were expecting a historical thunderstorm...

I had about five of the storm chaser vehicles pass me on my way home from work a while back, it's not a good feeling knowing they are looking for a tornado and they are heading to your town.

Preparation is key, at least know where you are going to hide out. We missed out on the tornados but got 7 inches of rain in the last two days.

Little Rock got lucky yesterday and did not get the expected storms. Most of them were to the east and north of Little Rock.

But, it's never a good feeling to have storm chasers in your area.
