When we bought our 2011 Silver Shadow, we also bought one of the Paha Que covers. The 2011 Silver Shadow has larger doors (thank goodness) than the previous models, but alas, our Paha Que cover must have been made for the previous sized door. Otherwise, the cover was really well made, and of a very sturdy fabric. I even said as much when someone on the "For Sale" board asked about them. Well, Paha Que was reading that thread as well, and kindly offered to modify the cover for us.
I packaged it up and sent it off to them. We've received it back, and they did a wonderful job. It really is a nice cover and being able to get into it via the door instead of having to remove the whole cover is great (we'd had a pop up and had a cover on that - that was a pain).
So - here's a big ole atta boy to a company who takes customer service to heart.
