The Detroit link was great. Thank You! We live in Idaho, about 2000 miles from Detroit. We recently restored our house that was built in 1910. It was a labor of love, not of a sound mind. A very many parts of our "new" 1910 house were purchased on Ebay and they mostly came from Detroit. Doors, leaded glass windows, lighting, hinges and knobs all from Detroit. Why? because just like the web page said, the city is shrinking and that's where house parts a availble.
