Rainy and cold today at the doghouse. :snowstorm:

NOT!

Btcha can't guess what the forecast is here.

Not much planned for today, other than smoking my Mama Mia Margherita Meatloaf. :)

By the way, Meat Loaf and I both graduated from Thomas Jefferson High school, although in different towns in Texas, and we both went to the University of North Texas.

You gotta admit Meat Loaf has a really great, powerful voice. His career started on the stage, including Broadway, where you sing without a microphone.

And, then there is this 70's icon...

Okay, the Mama Mia Margherita Meatloaf is done, and at the risk of being arrogant, I just have to say, it is awesome. One of the best meals I have cooked for a throwdown. Definitely the best meatloaf I have ever eaten.

You can read the whole story here, if you want. http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showt ... p?t=110260

Here is a picture for my threadies.
