GOOD MORNING!!!!!!!! Your Nation's Capital is going to be hot - humid and really moogy. We had T-storms last night to end the world as we know it.

Well on the 4th there is a big show (Steve Martin, etc) in the mall downtown. Fireworks and thousands of people. Now they are starting to say that we will need to be checked in at the mall before we can enter. So with taht in mind we decided to stay home this year. Too much trouble........

Well, yesterday's snow melted.

It is 105 right now at the doghouse. in the words of MaryK, it suckith!

One of my customers has a July 3rd party every year, to watch the fireworks show at addison airport. Yes, they do their fireworks on July third.

I am not excited about going. It's going to be hot, and it takes about two hours to get out of Addison after the show.

Good morning from sunny, hot Orlando. Temps to be in the low 90s and the humidity to be about the same!!

Will be working tonight at Disney and hope to see the fireworks. They are some of the best.

A lot of cities in Texas are canceling their fireworks shows, due to the hot dry weather. 93 percent of the state is under a burn ban.

yeah.. that's a lot of counties..

I am sort of surprised they are being wise enough not do do fireworks right now. I am not specifically "picking on" Texas.. thinking anywhere really.

We went out for a motorcycle ride.. It was time to take a day off the bicycles.

I was not sure how it would be on the motorcycle with my current balance issues.. but I did fine.. we did a lot of more nearby rural roads.

We do have some thunderstorms brewing now..
