ok heres what I need I have 3x 6 volt batteries for an electric trolling motor but I need to be able to recharge them every day so is there awat to do that ?
I'll have a solar setup on the trailer that should be able to replenish it's self every day.

uh, I'll assume you'll be boon docking. Have you tried Googleing ''6 volt solar battery charger''?

As I am reading this I have a number of questions, I am assuming your trolling motor is 12V ? And your solar charge controller is as well? This implies that you need to charge the batteries while you would want to be using them, Daylight?

I want to somehow charge them from dusk till dawn I initially was thinking that I should just get two sets of batteries and rotate them every other day

You are not answering the questions
1)I am assuming your trolling motor is 12V ?
2)And your solar charge controller is as well?
3)This implies that you need to charge the batteries while you would want to be using them, Daylight?

Charging batteries from cant see to can see is not going to happen unless you are going to sacrifice efficiency feeding an inverter to a charger from a battery bank, or have two sets of batteries for the trolling motor one on the solar controller from can see to cant see.

trolling motor is 12 volt
I dont have a solar charger for it
but I ,m thinking with some creative circuitry like what they use in tow vehicles so the current only flows one way so batteries will charge up with the system but wont discharge when the system gets used that way I should have two fully charged batteries ready to go fishing

now would that work?

You will have only so much power from your solar panel(s) this must go to your trailer (house) battery and your marine battery(s). You want all of these to reach full charge.
You will likely have a fairly substantial investment in panels (you may be able to get some tax breaks). There are controllers that can divide or switch between the "house battery" and the marine batteries or just have two separate systems sized for each demand, not much for the house battery as you will not use much (the idea is to fish), and much more to charge the marine batteries.
