Has anyone tried this?

Hi all, I found this product called Foamcoat from [hotwirefoamfactory.com] and a product you add to it called Boost. Wondering if anyone has an opinion or experience with it. I'm thinking of using it on the exterior of my hybrid standie and to make a custom cooler too.
One thing thing that concerns me is the bottom connection of foam to wood as this doesnt use any tape or fabric to wrap that joint. Maybe diamond alum.along bottom edge?
