hi everyone.
i've been lurking for awhile and love everyones build that i've read.
i own a 27 foot prowler 2004 but it was my dads and when he passed away it became mine. probblem is the roof leaks. so for the past 3 years i keep a new tarp over it to keep it looking good and dry on the inside.
but im really interested in building my own tear drop and i hope to learn more about them.
the roof on the prowler is rubber mat type and is sun dryed and cracked. i had a camper dealer qoute me 2,000 for a new roof. so i will be looking for info on repairing it myself. so if ya got any ideas i will listen to what you got to say. thanks gunn

I have been looking for a small strip of the EPDM rubber roofing in white. Do a search for PV EPDM and you will find all sorts of information and resources including patching information.

Welcome to this great friendly forum!

Since you're doing first things first - i.e. need to repair the Prowler's
roof, here are a few links to check out to see if they're of help to you.
Just Google "RV Roof Repair" or "Repairing RV Rubber Roof" too for more
info. If you're at all or even a little handy [You must be as you plan to
build a TD.] you should be able to fix the roof for A LOT LESS than what
the RV dealer quoted you.
