Can one ground be used for more than 1 12 volt circuit?

Have more wire than room in the conduits running to the front of my tear. Can I use a common ground for more than one 12 volt circuit? Probably a stupid question but hey  .

I would say yes, as long as you size the wire for the load.

Led lights and computer fans -- I'll do a little math before I run my wires tomorrow. I thought that wouldn't be a problem if done right. Probably keep the 12 volt plug in separate as I don't know exactly what they will supply.

One of the things I like about ours is that there are lots of outlets, both 120AC and 12VDC and it was amazing how quickly we found uses for them. I am converting a number of the 12V power points to use Anderson power poles.
