It's a Modernistic, same as ours!! Not sure as if they were made in '41 though. I thought they didn't start production on them til after the war in '46. There have been discussions on how to tell the year, variations in the fenders and door window, and if there were factory stamped serial numbers. Those tail lights and wheels are not original of course. Looks in decent shape.
