Hey Billy, What's shakin? :o

I'm back from Monterey, CA. I wish I wasn't. It was so nice out there, with highs in the upper sixties, and lows in the upper fifties. :)

It's still in the hundreds, here. :(

Yes boyz it is hurricane season and we are suppose to feel the effects of the current huricane by the weekend. The evil ones tell us if they tell you to get to higher grounds - we must obey  So will keep you posted....

some say a bike is always a work in progress.. they do need regular maintenance, especially the off road ones.

Myself.. recently I have been been doing significant upgrades to our Pugslys.. Altered my cycle cross bike.. to fit me better for road riding.. and made a few changes to my Enduro for better downhill use...

Yeah - seating at my desk and I hear a feel a big rumble. Like a big cement truck.(reported to be a 5.8) All of a sudden everyone is leaving the building. We see the glass shaking. Everyone is outside - mulling around (thanks it was a beautiful day) and someone comes by saying that the building is unsafe and that we can all go home. Got into my office - shut down the computer - grab my keys and wallet and got out of there. Pentagon was shut down and needless to say the rush hour started early.

Fun time was has by all..................

Still don't understand it. He has this moutain bike that when he is at school - he rides down the side of the ski slope. Now he is changing the front fork. And man - even with his shop discount this stuff can cost :money:

Any who - it sounds that you enjoy it and he really does.

If his "ski slope" trails are like ours.. they are brutal... and very hard on equipment..and if you saw what they do.. you would want him on an expensive fork... :o :o

Yeah - we went to one of his races and it is pretty brutial. As long as his mother doesn't see him flying over rocks/boulders then she is good with it. So far no broken bones...........

8) 8) Good morning from sunny Florida.
The winds from the storm felt good yesterday although it was still hat and humid.

Headed to the VA for semi-annual check up and labs. Should be OK. Keeping the blood pressure down and trying to get my exercise.

Make it a great day and be safe from the big storm!!!
