GOOD MORNING!

Well Congress will be back in session today - back from their 4 week vacation. And the roads are a mess - too many people tring to get to the same place at the same time.

Looks like a week of rain and lots of rain. Will be a nice drenching.

More of the same.......... did you all have a good day off?????

Been back and forth to the docs - tring to avoid a admission to the hospital. They got me on some serious antibiotics and it's really kicking the crap out of me.

Anyway - gearing up for the daughter coming in from NOLA for a visit. Will be nice..................

have a great day and keep safe -\

Sure hope that you get well soon. What did you do?

Rain is a good thing but the return of Congress is a big pain!
Happy that I do not live inside the beltway any more...

Make it a great day!

It was a beautiful weekend at the doghouse. :D

The high saturday was in the nineties, and just below ninety on Sunday, and low eighties yesterday. It is about 78 now -- I have my north-facing office window open. :)

It is supposed to get hotter later in the week, but no triple digits in the forecast.

well Gentlemen (and I do use that word losely) it continues to rain and rain and rain and there is a system wide Flood Watch. The rain is causing the roads to become very slick and the idiots on the road don't know what they are doing and so the infamous Beltway is littered with wrecks - I would say about every 100 yrds. People! Slow down you donot need to establish a new land speed record. Geeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

We will continue to have this rain for the rest of the week.

Any who-

Have a great day and enjoy that cup-o-coffee.

8) Yup...We are still sunny and hot, with a little sea breeze. Low to mid 90s again today.

The first cup of coffee went down real smooth...working on the second and final
cup and then off to see the eye doctor for the annual check-up. Did the new computer eye exam last month and it did ok with no major problems. Have you had that done yet? They do it without the chemical in the eye (Dilation).
It was much more pleasant and you do not have to wear the funky classes in
the sun.

Make it a great day where you are.

well -
DA BOY is back at school and really enjoying his course work. He settled on Parks & Recreation major and (get this) every Friday they have to do filed work. This Friday he tells me he is going to the ski resort - WISP - where they will get a tour of the facility and see the ins and outs of the ski resort and then participate in a "PAINT BALL" demonstration. Along with that he is taking a course in Theraputic Recreation and design. Sounds very interesting. Be courious to see what he can do with this knowledge - PARK RANGER????

We will see............
