inside window trim with radius

the rails are 1 1/8 wide im using r3 biscuts they are about 1" long,,screwed some cleates to a piece of ply to use for clamping,
marked radius rough cut with jig saw,
sanded out side,any sander will work ,belt,1/4 sheet,random,
sanded inside, drum sander on a drill press will work,
router with 1/4rad and a little step, thats it ready for some paint, hope this helps somebody

Whenever I build something like that, I make a Masonite pattern first. After building the part and roughing it to size, I stick the pattern on with double faced tape and trim it with a router and a pattern bit. Of course, if you're only making one piece, then it makes little sense to make a pattern first
