Anything to do with mechanical, construction etc

I can relate, that's for sure. Just be careful with fumes and power tools. We want you to be around to enjoy that beautiful trailer you're building.

I'm working outside in the open carport. I don't think I'm getting too many of the fumes...not like I would being inside a workshop.

Okay, plenty of ventilation.............you're in Florida, so there's not be a major drop in temperature. Hmmmmmmmmm! Only thing left I can think of you've already denied.......pilot error! Don't know what else to suggest Dale. Maybe someone who's done a lot of hot-rod building could make some suggestions.

Man, it's gonna get confusing working out how many T's there are. Gonna have to buy some screen cleaner to get rid of the finger marks where I bin countin off the T's.

How about T4 for yer 4x8x4, up to T1 for yer twin-axle slide-out 12 footer?

Chris, I haven't heard anyone mention two applications. I wonder if it has anything to do with putting a fresh batch over a previous one without waiting long enough.

I promsed pics, and here they are. It's cloudy so they are not top notch quality. I still have a little touchup to do on small dimples, imperfecitons, etc., and final sanding, and some front rear spar design to hold the AC unit securely. In the first pic, my panel carrier is still under the side.

You can figure on adding about 3" to my height in the picture. That's where the floor will be...about 3" above the bottom. I wish I had thought of standing on two 2x6s to show where I'd be inside for height.
