wow this is still for sale. if it is still for sale in the next few weeks, when i get home from deployment, I may have to drive down from Fort Carson, Colorado to pick this up. would be perfect for our impending cross country move to Fort Stewart, then turn it into a camper for my kids and my wife and i as we do a lot of camping.

Just thought I'd bump this. I talked to Phill, he was very helpful and informative on his trailer. He sent me pictures of the trailer and I will say that it is a very nice looking trailer. Unfortunately it will not work for my needs. So I'm going to have to pass. But if this is still available and it seems to fit the bill for you, contact Phill.

The trailer IS very nice, but it was built to fit in a garage, so would not make a good conversion, unless you were very short. Some one who is looking for a real low-mileage loaded trailer will end up with it. Thanks for looking everyone.

Sorry about the confusion. The $2250 post was from last year, and I missed updating it when I dropped the price in the first post.
The trailer is gone. It left with JK this afternoon. It will make a fine camper/toy hauler for him and his children.
