ALL are UP UP UP.................

Yes it is the start of a new dawn and new day has begun.

We are all getting ready for our 6th Annual Kolbaza Festival this saturday. Two teams of sausage makers will each be making 20lbs of sausage - they have to grind the pork butt - add their spices (secret family recipe) stuff the sausage and then have the sausage cooked and consumed. There is also a team of pierogy makers and that team will be making over 100 of those little potatoe and cheese stuffed pastry. Fun and some really good eats. And of course we will have an assortment of adult beverages.

So if your in the area please drop by. So far we have over 50 people coming........ So a few more will not be felt......

Enjoy.

GOOD MORNING!!!!!!!!! It is time to wake up and slap yourself silly.................................

Yes sireeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Great weekend. The 6th Annual Kolbaza Fezst went off without a hitch. We had over 50+ people attend this year - started with around 10 friends - who came for the day of making sausage - pierogies - cabbage - onions - music - beers - wines - desserts and fun.

And the best part of it - if you wanted to eat you had to make your dinner. we taught our guest how to make the sausage - grind, season, mix and stuff. (did 40lbs) and how to roll, fill and crimp pierogies (they made over 160 of these wunderful dumplings) It was a great time. (Photos coming)

Now we are planning next years fezst - maybe we will go public...

Good morning from sunny and beautiful Florida.
8) 8)
We had a almost perfect weekend weather wise and the Food and Wine Festival was fantastic at Epcot! The food was good and the drinks were better; Sake, wine, and some great beer from around the world.

Today we have another beautiful day incoming...low 80s and mid 60 for the evening with low humidity...OK...almost perfect.

Bill, I am glad that you had a great turnout at you event and I am sure everyone had a great time.

It was sunny and 86 today, but right now, a front is passing through, and it is raining buckets. Woohoo! :P

It is supposed to be a lot cooler tomorrow. I may be able to go all day without air conditioning.

I have been curling a 12 ounce weight all day. I need to be ready for Wednesday night.
