glad to see you post gpw. i was starting to worry when i did not see a post from you yesterday.

but that is cool you friend liked your foamie.

i tried to talk the old man into a visit to nola on our way back home, but he said it was too far out of our way this trip.

gpw good luck today!

i may or may not be going to the fabric store tomorrow, as i just might be taking the foamie out tomorrow for a night on the beach.

this trip i think brings my count up to 7. and with the last planned trip next week, that should be 8 trips out. not too bad for my baby foamie.

Funny story about last night .. OT... A very well dressed couple came up to admire the paintings , the lady asked if they were for sale and How much ... I told her I hadn’t decided on a price yet ... She said , “so you’re going to check out the crowd first “... I said “ No, I’m going to check out their Jewelry !!! “ :o
My first Faux Pas of the evening .... sometimes it’s better if I just keep my mouth shut .... the truth is too shocking ...

but i do hope there are pics of you in your suit!

out of curiosity, but what would you sell one of those pics for? i know when i did the one and only painting someone wanted me to do one for him and said he would pay me. but i told him no and i wouldn't charge less than $400. but for some reason i am thinking you would charge more. i only did that one painting because i liked the guy it was being given to, but would never have done one for the guy asking for it because i did not like him. so no amount of money could ever have me painting for him.

well i am getting in the shower now and getting the last of the stuff packed up. heading to the beach in the foamie! and i don't think it is going to rain this time.

Suit , a Very RARE occurrence indeed ... :o

I was looking for somewhere in the neighborhood of $2K ... each ... Now the Director of the Conservancy wants to make a limited edition of giclee prints , which would only drive the price of the originals up even further .... It’s like Fishing , sometimes you just have to wait to “set the Hook “ .... ;)

BTW, these people were Politicians, CEO’s , big corporation execs.... People with more than a few coins  ... To them these prices are nothing (maybe too low ? ) ... to me , it’s a Foamie Trailer .... :D  Economic Relativity !!!

Have Fun at the Beach !!! Given the travel history , a tarp would not be a bad idea ... :R

Eagle

Looks like a nice camp site. Only time i have camped by the ocean was at Cannon Beach Oregon with my mom and 3 younger sisters back in the 70s.

I hope we get done with harvest here in time for me to go camping Halloween. I did that last year. Was kind of neat. If not, sometime in Nov. Did that last year also. got snowed on but it was great, very very quite as I was the only camper in the whole state park.

City of Rocks

Some day might post of pics of the three times I been there the past year.
