newbie help with pricing

had a pop up camper-didnt work out
had a 20ft jayco-didnt work out
Thought a teardrop was the answer until I stumbled on the cargos
This will be my camper/motorcycle hauler/storage container-brilliant!
Pretty much decided on a 6x12 vnose single axle and have been shopping around numbers but I am getting nothing close to what some have picked up their trailers for here. 6x12 vnose single axle with side door and electric brakes-getting quotes in the 3.5-4 territory..and thats not even factoring in all the options I want..I was hoping to get the base trailer for 2500-3 and with all the options maybe go to 3.5-4...I guess it doesnt help that I live in New York..I guess I will have to shop in nj or pa for better prices..
6x12 vnose, at least 6 ft interior height, single torsion axle, one piece roof, side rv style door, rear barn doors, roof vent, one 30x15 window with screen on both sides, cargo hatch for window ac unit, diamond plate stone gaurd on front, electric brakes-those are my must have options
some of the options that I would like but could handle doing myself are the electric(12 volt, invertor, battery, charger, lights, fantastic fan,), and the insulation and skin...What do you all think is a fair price?

This is a good place to start = you can spend days looking at what all these companies offer and how there prices compare.
Many of these also sell on Ebay which is also your best place to find what you will need for your trailer build.
Your local craigs list is also good to look around, but I found you can buy a new trailer cheaper than what some people on craigs list are trying to sell them for but you might get lucky.
I bought a honda 2000 generator off craigs list for 600.00 about half what they sell for retail? and he crank it up and ran before I bought it.

I found mine on Graig's list after watching it for a time. Even talked the seller down enough to make it an even better buy.
Take your time and get what you have in mind. You won't regret it.

Other than ramp and 7X12 you sound like you and I want about the same thing in a trailer.
I have slected a RNR out of michigan health is holding me back at this time.
with everything on your list the 7X12 runs around $4900 to $5500
some things I could leave off but won't you only live once and I have used up most of this life already.
