Tho their TDs might be a bit pricey.. Them people stand behind their product !

I'm so torn... I want the tear, for fast weekends away or a trip to see grandkids... At a low cost to pull it down the road.... But then a small rv will give me a bathroom and I don't have to go outside to cook or make coffee...but I love the tear... What to do

Best decision we ever made. Have owed 2 from Little Guy, a 4x8 and now a Silver shadow 5x8. We bought both of ours used. Sold the first one for what we paid for it. The certainly hold there value! Never cooked inside any of my pop ups. To small of a space.

I kinda was in that dilemma. But, so far I've stayed at state parks and a fairgrounds which have adequate plumbing. For other times, there are portable toilets and showers.

Going outside to cook hasn't been a problem. I'm camping. I never cooked in my tent because of my flaming stoves. I like to cook on the tailgate of my pickup.

I have a 5-wide 2009 model. It is the bare bones except for a fan and unwanted DVD/radio. I got it at a very low price because Camping World wanted to get rid of it big time. I've added a memory foam mattress, a velcroed on pouch at the head of the bed, and curtains. I think it is just right for me. Sometimes I wish for a popout when The Used Dog gets too chummy, but that's life. I've got it rigged up for cooler weather now. I've got one more trip planned, and then will have to watch snow levels and play by ear.
It was a good investment. I feel much more secure in it than in a tent.

I'm thinking pretty hard about a Little Guy sometime down the road. Was just poking around on their website and I see they now have a European market presence! The oblong windows in the European R/T-style model are kinda neat--pics here:

LG is now making the T@B. They have the indoor kitchen. LG isn't making the bathroom model yet, but maybe they will eventually. I use a Luggable Loo, which I affectionaly call Lovable Loo.

I have a salvaged Little Guy 4 wide that I rebuilt and am now modifying it again.

I'm very happy with the trailer and can't wait to take it campin again !

I have a little guy six wide sport I bought used and heavily modified. Little guy trailers are like that. You can buy them unfinished inside and redo them or rip out the innards, like I did on the used one, and rebuild. They are ver conducive to this. Last year, 12,000 mile loop of the US and major national parks. Our little guy didn't skip a beat.
