Nice weekend at Locust Grove, Ky

Postby Pottercounty » Sun Oct 30, 2011 7:18 pm

Had a great weekend of camping. Temps on Sat & Sunday morning were below freezing & a ton of frost on the TD but, the electric blanket under our Duvet coupled with the Pelonis Heat furnace kept me warm & toasty. Plus, it was just a beautiful fall weekend... looking forward to next season..
best, Tim

Sounds like a good time. I just finished my last camping trip of the year last weekend. Sort of sad  Having to wait 5 months to start up again is depressing.

Just starting the camping season. It's perfect in the winter. No crowds, no bugs. Our favorite time! :)

Camping season just began down here, and the Yankees are thicker than flies in summer. Welcome, Yankees!
Happy trails,

I am one of those who enjoys fall winter camping here in Ohio and Florida
one of these days I'll get off the pot and get myself a CT so I can once again enjoy camping and quit complaining
I'm running out of reasons to keep putting it off.
