I ended up purchasing a product called Gracoroof for my teardrop. I did a lot of research and it is supposed to be one of the highest quality elastometric roofings available. It has a limited lifetime warranty and is supposed to last 50 years. It is a DIY roll on product that is silicon based. It comes in 3 colors, white, grey, or Mojave (tan). I purchased the grey. It is applied using a standard 3/4" nap roller and is a one part system.
The only complaint listed in reviews was the cost. I wouldn't want to pay to do my entire house but my teardrop has a total exterior area of 124 sq. ft. making it VERY reasonable. I paid $55 a gallon and it will take 3 gallons for the entire trailer. The total with shipping was $187.00. The Elasta-Tuff 6000 by Rot Doctor are $128.81 a gallon and it has the same coverage rate. In addition to the increased cost you have to use CPES as a primer at an additional $60.27 per 2 quart kit. I would need CPES 2 kits just to prime.
