getting my cargo in 5 weeks!

So i finally placed my order with haulmark for a brand spanking new transport 6x12 vnose...the order details are as follows-
6x12 transport vnose single axle. Silver frost- 2445. (Price includes material surcharge)
Electric brakes-225
Spare tire- 95
2 roof vents- 120
2- 30x15 horizontal radius slider windows- 396
Porch light- 12
Pair of sidewall vents- free
Total- 3293

What do you all think..good deal?...i know the windows are super pricey but i really wanted to avoid having to cut through the wall myself and risk not installing properly..they said 4-5 weeks it should be ready..i cant wait to start working on it...i think i will follow the usual approach...electric,insulation,sidewalls,roof luan,furniture cabinets loft bed etc.....i was thinking of covering it with a giant tarp to get through the winter..with two holes cut in where the sidewall vents are for ventilation...i know that me and my electric heater are gonna spend alot of time in there this winter..hopefully im all finished by early spring and ready for a shakedown trip

That is a good price for that size Haulmark and the add on options. Are there any FOB fees and taxes that are payable upon delivery.

You will be getting your trailer about 3 weeks before I get my Haulmark 6x10 V-Nose so it will be interesting to compare as we progress on our respective builds.

I paid the 293 as a deposit..and I will pay the remaining balance of 3000 when I pick up the trailer..When I register the trailer that is when I will pay taxes on it and registration fees..I bought the trailer from cardinal.homestead..they seemed to have the best price..anybody else deal with them before??My first line of business will be the electrical system so thats what Im brainstorming right now..

Nice price should only matter to you some find cargo trailers for less some pay more I have never found any good deals.

one day I'll join you in the cargo trailer owners side again

My head is spinning with all the planning..I think this is going to be a slow process..Just the materials alone for what I want to do is going to cost a small fortune..My list in the order I want to complete it and the materials I will have to buy goes something like this..

Electric
-25 ft 30 amp shore power chord
-Marinco 30 amp inlet
-30 amp breaker box/fuse panel
-Wiring/receptacles
-12 volt fuse panel
-isolator bar
-battery charger/inverter
-12 volt receptacles
- fantastic fan
-more 12 volt lights

Insulation
-foam board (not sure what size or rvalue to get)

Floor
-vinyl plank flooring

Sidewalls
-either stain or wallpaper the luan

Roof
-Not sure what to cover it with yet..My choices seem to be Luan, 1/4 inch plywood, or that brown hardboard stuff (which I think is the thinnest and lightest of the three options)
-Then I might have to paint it to make it look ok

Loft Bed
-2 pieces of 1 inch hardwood plywood
-piano hinges(I want to make a bed platform that folds into a couch
-2x4s that will run 6 ft along each side horizontally screwed into the metal studs(this is what the plywood will be supported by)
-2 queen sized 4 inch memory foam mattresses(one for the bottom of the loft bed and one for the top..

bathroom
-plywood to make the roughly 3ft by 4ft bathroom enclosure
-big rubbermaid tub (this will be the bathtub)
-bilge pump (to drain the bathtub)
-aquatainer(for grey water)
-coleman hot water on demand(I will have to find it on sale...wish they still sold the much cheaper pet version of this water heater)

Kitchen
-plywood to make the cabinets and storage/chuck kitchen
-sink bowl

Toyhauler
-etrack (':?')
-etrack wheel chock

Now you can see why my head is spinning..This is all going to cost more than the trailer did!!!
Ill just have to do this project very slow so that its not that big of a shock on the wallet..

Doesn't look to bad price wise.. Windows are a pain and that price for 2 isn't to crazy.
I would probably skip the Marinco 30 inlet.. Just go with a standard 30 amp RV cord with an access door. Marinco twist locks are cool and all the the inlet is 80+ bucks and the cords are also very expensive.. On top of that when you camp at an RV spot you will also need an adapter to plug into the standard 30 amp plug.. You could buy a 30 foot RV cord and hatch for probably what just the Marinco inlet cost..

Ebay is great place for RV parts.. Adventure RV also is good.. Your going to want an RV converter not a 12v charger and inverter. The converter will do it all. Serves as a breaker box, Fuse panel,Battery charger. If you want to run 110v stuff of your battery then you will also need an inverter.
