....for those of you who have followed along, we got our homemade water tank mounted today...4" sch40 PVC, 7'long, 5 gals, cheapie JCWhitney pump/faucet combo

Is it mounted under the floor? And is it actually 1 1/2' long becaue it's a U?

well gee Ira, I think so :duh:

and it is a "U" that runs appr. 7' tucked between the frame members at the rear of the trailer...

What is the piece of material sticking down that the pump is fastened to made of? Looks like a chunk of granite countertop.

Madjack...

Is that homemade watertank mounted flush to the floor, or do you have one side lower than the other? Does it matter? Now I am getting visions of myriad 180* connectors, to give me 10, 15 or even 20 gallons of capacity. (Not for the Ultralite of course.)

Do you have the 180* ell at the lowest point is my question.

But I'll ditto Ira's question, how do you fill that?

And, where did you find the connector that the water line from the pump connects to?

And, why didn't you take pics before it was installed, from 47 angles, closeups, long shots, inside/outside shots, x-ray shots, etc. etc. etc....you know HOW WE LUV DA PICS!!!!!! :rofl:

One small problem, Kerry...it's changed since those pics were taken. Now, one side has been pieced together, and the end doesn't have that fill tube, and instead of two small connectors, there is only one. It's the old bait and switch...don't cha think???

I don't think Harbor Freight has the x-ray machines on sale yet... but for everything else, there is no excuse... MJ...
