I think this hobby is one where you are never done. Always something. But would it be fun if it was easy? Or if you could buy pristine pieces for your collection? No. That's why I'm struggling with my lantern. I wanted a fixer, and I got it! :D

The paint is some rustolum industrial cherry red I picked up at work.

really nice!!!

I'll check into that paint when I hit HD this morning for the Christmas tree.

I like the 'Christmas' lantern style. I wasn't a fan of that lantern when it was silver..I would have passed it up. But now I know how to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear!!

Where do you get the Coleman decals? Oldcolemanparts.com? I haven't searched yet, but if I get my 220 apart it's getting new paint. The fount paint is shot.

I got the check valve to operate good with no loss of presure and fired it up.The pick up tube or or something else is partially blocked I have to open about 2 turns to get fuel to start to hiss so it will light. So for now I will let it run with a mix os CF and Seafoam to see if she opens up.
One other question with this being a 220H would the bail and frame have been black or did someone paint them?
