12" Wide Windows!

I am trying to plan out my upcoming cargo trailer conversion.

I have roughly 14" between my wall studs, and I would like to install windows such that I don't have to modify the wall studs at all (although I do plan to brace them above and below the windows) Therefore, I am looking for 12" wide windows. I would like them to slide half open and have a screen similar to this window.

I saw this website, but I was not sure if the windows could be rotated 90 degrees. Would the screen stay open? Would it still be waterproof? Anyone know? I contacted the vendor but have not heard back yet.

Don't rotate those windows as the weep holes will no linger be at the bottom!! Instead go to that guys ebay store and order the vertical ones for the same price!!

Yea, I figured I would not be able to rotate them. Just wanted to make sure.

Does he offer 12" wide windows? I thought the ones for sale by that ebay vendor were 14" wide windows. I was asking if anyone knew where I could find 12" wide windows.
