Update 12-06-11

Got the roof done. I coated the sheathing with 1 coat of liquid silicone, which was also used to adhere the .063 aluminum roof skin atop the OSB. Then the aluminum got 2 coats of the coating...waiting on a 3rd. I got the stuff from a roofing customer of mine...it has a 20 year warranty when applied as 2 coats including a fabric membrane.

Next, I installed the plywood interior panels, and built the bulkhead between the cargo/sleeping area and the kitchen area.

Then started fitting the foam insulation panels.

It (and "I") will be ready...LOL! I'm a huge firearms enthusiast (Ruger nut!)...and although the pics won't show it...there are 4 large hidden compartments for storing all sorts of goodies, that allows quick access if'n ya know the password :)

I can't wait to see the finished product or even know the finished weight.

Zombie proof! YAY! I wonder if that includes bears? Those claw thingies give them an unfair advantage.

So far, I'm holding a bit under my predicted 3600# finished weight. Tow vehicle(s) are F150 or F250.

Phew.. I thought you were gonna leave us hanging without picts! LOL. I vote for naming your trailer "The Beast". That should instill fear and jealousy in zombies and zombie hunters alike!

Exterior trim is done! Well...I still need to fab the fenders, but I'll wait till the axles are installed...and there will be a "bump rail" where the horizontal siding seam is visible.

The Beast is coming along nicely! I like the look of the bump rail.

Keep the pictures coming!
