Here is another piture looking from the back. Here you can see the well that the 8 gal. fresh water tank will sit in. You can also see the framing of the floor base and how I was able to use one sheet of plywood cut into sections fitted within the frame. (The frame has a 1/2"deep x 3/4"wide rabbit cut into it for the plywood to sit into)

The layout of the rear galley. This will change somewhat but basically how it was done. Very careful planning at this stage is needed as the amount of space needed for clearances around the hatch door and cabinet doors and space used up with in the cabin all have to be considered. Also the placement of such things as cooler drawer sink, power distribution panel, radio and plumbing all have to be accounted for at this stage. Or one could just wing it and try to place what they want in the space create. I have no plans to follow so all this thinking takes me time. This planning took me about a week to figure out, but things are starting to take shape!

Axles

The axle clearance hieght is 14" with the added 3" spacer plus the 2.5" axle it self the trailer will have a 19.5" clearance. the foot well and water tank well both will not hang lower than the the top of the axle. so nothing should get hung up on the underside.

good question - I was told by the guy that i ordered them from, this would give me the max torsion up and down. In other words i would get max travel of the torsion arms. this is in addition too the height needed. Also adding the lift gave me extra support where the axles mount to the frame.

Quick question, do not take this as a bash. But when you welded this, Did you make puddles then loop or just drag?
