Well I got word today that he will not be returning until the end of March as he went through surgery to rebuild his skull and all has gone well with that but he has to have a feeding tube go through his nose and into his stomach I'm arranging a visit to go down and see him but its going to be a 10 hour drive if roads are good.....but I guess that is what friends are for

So here is another update

So I sat down and was able to have a conversation with him today
My friend is at home with his family taking care of him
Good to be out of the hospital
It's rather difficult for a blind man who had his freedom to suddenly be caged up
But all in all things are on the road to recovery
