Relocation package? 5 years ago I had one. This time I am going to be self relocating. The house was bought three years ago after the big housing bubble burst. The purchase price is probably equal to the today selling price.

maybee burn the midnight oil.

I think in such a situation you would find even a un-finshed trailer a help more than a pain.....
It is what I am doing now but of course it is Christmas time on top of all of it so I have other family duties too. I will at the very least get the outside skinned.

If you must sell it include detailed plans and notations on how you assembled it so the next guy can work from there. I would also look for the buyer who has a passion for what it is and what it can be...even if that buyer may not be able to pay top dollar. Sometimes knowing its going to a good person who will love it as much as you do is worth something more than money.
Even those souls that are found must occasionally become lost to appreciate what they have.

Tell us where you "might" be going if this comes thru? Some of us might be in a situation to help you out, I know I will.
