I finally bothered to look up globe information. Looks like that globe was made from 1946-1959.

Drats, I have a Nov. 1944 242C with a red letter globe. Looks like one made just before they went to Chinese sources.

But I would say that globe is probably worth about what you paid for the whole shebang.
