You might want to look at Ebay and use a craigslist search tool like SearchTempest to see what comparable trailers are selling for now. With this quirky economy values seem to be changing. Sometimes photos don't convey the quality, are the windows real stained glass? That does denote a level of craftsmanship above most. Close up pictures of the joinery if it is outstanding would help too. Good luck with your sale.
