The race starts August 11th and ends the 12th. It is a 24 hour race.. so you race as far as you can in 24hours. It is a mountain bike race. It is in New Hampshire at the base of Mount Washington. It is on a loop of a little over 8 miles.. with 1250 or so feet of climbing per lap. My wife and I will be doing it as a "tag" team.

WOW!! That sound real challenging!! I guess that the next 6 months will be some hard training. Good luck to both of you and the other participants.

Which bikes will you use for the event?

We have been planning on using our Pugsley Fatbikes... not the best of choices.. but they will be fun. We should still do well with them. A faster lighter bike would be nice.. but probably not for this year.

Yes we will be doing a bit of training... :D

A a Good Morning to you. Your Nation's capital is experiencing a very brisk and chilly morn - 17-12F. A cold one - and there you go..........

And they say that we will be in the 60f by the weekend. No wonder we get sick.........

Well enjoy the day.
