Rooftop Weight Capacity? 6x12 Continental

Been cruising around this forum for about a year and have gotten a wealth of knowledge, finally registered.

Does anybody know what the weight capacity is for the roof of a continental rambler? I have a crazy dream of attaching a chopped wildernest canopy to the top of my trailer with access from the inside. Wildernest weighs approx. 250 lbs(maybe less once chopped) plus the weight of 2 adults. Just wondering if I am getting in way over my head on this project. Thanks

Watching this thread because I'm interested in something similar. Except using a VW pop up instead.

I plan on leaving all the structure of the trailer and adding some additional metal strips north to south. I would basically access the pop tent between the trailers studs. Just worried about having too much weight on top.
