Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

New to posting, but not looking. I had to join. You guys seem like such a wonderfull and supportive group of people.

I currently have three teardrops. A 47 Kit replica, 47 Kampmaster, and a unrestored original 47 Kenskill. I had another homebuilt but someone liked it so much they purchased it at a campground I was staying in.

My first love are the Kit Teardrops. I LOVE the shape. The problem is I'm 6'4" so they are a tight fit. I'm hoping to learn as much as possible from this group and help with anything I can. I've been a professional Photographer all my life so ask away......

I look forward to seeing some of you at different events this spring and summer. Oh yeah, I have some cast iron and am trying to learn how to be a better Dutch oven cook. It's crazy. I just got super interested in all of this a couple of years ago. IT IS ADDICTIVE..........

welcome, and i can ensure you that IT IS ADDICTIVE..........

we have a restored 47kenskill, 51 Boles Aero, 57 cardinal, and a 1956 roadmaster, and i am always looking for that next trailer :lol:

I think I meet you at the Mulino meet a couple of years ago. I think you were in a polished vintage trailer not a teardrop.

Hi Becky,

I was looking at your tear build a few days ago. Nice job.... I've tried to get my wife interested in tools but I've not made much headway yet.

I'm having new sunbrella canvas put on the Kampmaster as we speak. After finishing it up I think I'll be putting it up for sale. I realy like Kit profile teardrops and want to build a few.

Yep, you know about these teardrops, they really are addictive and cooking with a DO is magical

Interesting you sold one right at the campsite, I keep getting asked to build one for people at campsites

That was my 57 cardinal i restored a few years ago, working on a 56 roadmaster as a winter project

I'm sure it will come out nice. I liked how the one i saw looked. My brother is rebuilding a 47 Traveleze. All the rounded corners on the wood cabinets inside his are neat.....
