Boy that yellow VW on the cover looks just like the one I had back in the 70's. Except mine was a '58 with a very fast 1300 in it (the engine was bult like a Formula V engine with 85 hourse's off the rear wheels).

This cover is a friend of mine from works car. (The red one.)



He was supposed to be in this issue but we had a freak snow storm the weekend the photographer was supposed to shoot the car.



His was in Ultra VW in Nov2011. He was in the 1975 So-cal look addition of Hot VWS also.
