It was good. Ugly, but good. I think I'll avoid the bacon grease for awhile until the iron gets more seasoned.
Tomorrow I'll try real batter. Or maybe I'll go in and season it more..
I think crumbled bacon could be a good idea. Next week I'll try Jimmy Dean maple sausage and some kind of batter.
The badder the batter, the badder the batter blaster batter will be with bacon.
In plain English..the more I use it, the easier it will be to get the batter blaster bacon creation out of the waffle-less waffle dog iron!
