Your CT conversion is a steal at $6500. $4000 for it is unbelievable.

If only it was a ramp load I would buy it in a Minuit.
looking for a 7X12 with ramp and no corrugated metal
since you like to build please keep that in mind
have cash will travel.
need ramp for mobility scooter.
