My 60" by 114" TD cabin was built on an HF 4x8' trailer (I did modify the tongue). My floor/base was built of ripped 2x4 with 1x6 side rails. Have had absolutely no flex or 'give' in any of the overhang & it pretty well survived a rear end collision that really mangled my little 'decorative' bumper. used it like this for first 6mos
want fenders, build yer own when ya can't find what ya need

been towed 12K+ miles like this
