Jack, I am so sorry about both of your problems. I do think of you both often and will continue to do so along with lots of prayer. You know that you both hold a special place in my heart. Be sure to tell Marlene I love her, she is my dear friend as you are also. Keep us updated as I will be unable to sleep until I know what is happening.

Best wishes, thoughts, and prayers for both of you. I know this is highly personal for you guys, but please keep us informed as you see fit.
Still graced with two eyes and ten fingers (due in no small part to luck!).

Wishing you both success with, and fast recoveries for your medical
problems.

That new Doctor with the new procedure seems to be a destiny thing to me.
His services and method appeared on the scene just as you need them!
That's got to be good karma in the least.

Cheers,

...once again...THANKS, the outpouring is humbling...
...an update...
...the Doc in Shreveport, after viewing the pics stated due to the size(small) he is inclined to do nothing at this point...we are due to go backnext Mon morn to have an angiogram(?) where they will insert a catheter and inject dye directly into the aneurisms and take a look with their new, state of the art, super duper fluroscope and get a better map of them...on Tues, we will meet with the Med Team and make a decision on what to do next BUT, unless some thing out of hand is found with the angiogram, he would recommend continuing to monitor them for any changes.......
The Doc further stated that MANY of us have small aneurisms and never know about them unless they are found inadvertently like these were or we stoke/die...because of this, most of us the word aneurism and automatically think the worst...at this point, he advised Marlene to not smoke(vaping OK), control her blood pressure and to not stress/strain as best as possible...he said, she could live her life as she has been with those caveats.
So, there may just be something to all this prayer stuff(go figure) and please keep them coming 'cause we aren't thru with this yet...and I still have a new hip to get...once again...all the positive thoughts and prayer are very much appreciated..........Jack

MJ,

We'll keep you both in our prayers too. So far the news is encouraging. It could have been a whole lot worse. I'll bet you're not looking forward to that surgery though.

Continuing to send everything positive towards you. What the doc said is good news. I hope the hip thingie goes smoothly and you have an uneventful and speedy recovery. My aunt's new hip was a blessing for her and she couldn't believe how much better she felt after it was done. Docs know so much about knee and hip replacement now days. Follow the doctor's orders!! LOL. Not implying teardroppers are stubborn or anything :D

Hugs, always,

If I were her, I'd play that to the hilt!

Thanks for the update, Madjack. The news sounds promising for you and Mrs. Madjack. I'll be keeping those positive thoughts and prayers coming from Indy.

My neighbor's only regret about both of his hip replacements is that he waited too long for them, not that he's bull-headed or anything like that. He's 76 years young, still does everything around his house, still climbs on his roof to blow the leaves out of the gutters, etc. He's doing just fine, just as you will.
