I'm the new guy

OK, I am here because of a need to figure out how to stuff a small luthier/small box woodworking shop into a mobile space so I can build ukes and small boxes and go bike touring. I have worked out of small spaces so I am looking at:
Gutting a trailer and rebuilding the interior, BUT in Portland a new industry has appeared, Food Carts, which has made small Canned Hams virtually non-existant
Or
Building a small Canned Ham from scratch, which I can do as I snagged a set of plans for the Caravan from your Vintage Plans section
Or
Building a Vardo as I actually toured the PAD's demo, cute but you need a serious set of wheels to move one, but also buildable
Or
Tonke from The Netherlands, wow this is the bees knees, but again doable
So I will peruse this forum and see what I do to remedy this serious dillema.

Welcome...have you given any thoughts to a cargo conversion? Sound just right for what you are doing.
